Save Temp Data And Export Terraform Conf File

The first step in the onboarding (with terraform file):
Save temp data for the onboarding process and export terraform configuration file.
The Terraform should be run in the OCI account:
Navigate to "Developer" -> "ServicesResource" -> "ManagerStacks", and select "Create Stack".
