Publish Opened Findings By Policy Id

Publish (notify) all findings for a specific policy. This method is used to sync (send) all existing findings via the designated SNS topic assigned to this notification policy.
It is mostly used for testing of automatic remediation actions (see: https://cloudbots.dome9.com/)
